Payment Policy

It explains accepted payment methods, billing cycles, fees, security measures, and dispute procedures. By providing payment information and authorizing charges, you agree to this Payment Policy. 2. Accepted Payment Methods We support major payment methods including credit and debit cards from leading networks, and supported digital wallets where available. The exact payment options visible to you may vary based on your country, device, or the third-party payment providers integrated with the Service. 3. Payment Processing and Third Parties Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and gateways that comply with relevant security standards. Ami Doctor does not store full credit card numbers on our own servers. Where we retain any payment-related information, we do so only as allowed under applicable law and with appropriate security controls. 4. Authorization and Charges By submitting payment details, you authorize Ami Doctor and its payment partners to charge the payment method for the amount specified when you request a paid service or purchase. Charges may include the service cost, any applicable taxes, and fees. If applicable, recurring payments will be processed automatically until you cancel the subscription in accordance with the subscription terms. 5. Billing Statements and Receipts After a successful transaction, we will provide a receipt or confirmation with transaction details. Billing statements from your payment provider may list the merchant as the payment processor or another designated entity. Contact support@doctorapp.example if you do not receive confirmation. 6. Security and Data Protection We employ industry-standard security measures to protect payment data, including encryption in transit and secure storage practices for permitted data. Payment data is handled by PCI-compliant processors, and we limit access to payment data within our organization. However, no system is completely secure; report any suspected unauthorized use immediately. 7. Refunds and Chargebacks Refunds will be handled according to our Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact your payment provider promptly to dispute the charge and notify support@doctorapp.example so we can assist with investigation. We reserve the right to contest unjustified chargebacks. 8. Taxes and Additional Charges You are responsible for any taxes, levies, or duties associated with purchases made through the Service, except where we are legally obligated to collect and remit taxes on your behalf. Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. 9. Recurring Billing and Subscriptions If you subscribe to a recurring service, you authorize periodic charges to your chosen payment method. You may cancel at any time through the account settings or as specified in the subscription terms. Cancellation will apply prospectively and will not typically result in a pro rata refund for the current billing period unless otherwise stated. 10.
